TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MAZURSKA DOLINA COTTAGES

    1. Cottages are rented on a per-night basis.
    2. The rental period (check-in/check-out) starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day. Staying in the cottage or leaving personal belongings after 11:00 AM is considered an extension of the stay. If the Guest or persons under the Guest's care leave the cottage after 11:00 AM, the Host will charge a fee for an additional night.
    3. Loss of the cottage keys must be reported to the Host immediately. The fee for a lost set of keys is 300 PLN (three hundred Polish Złoty) gross.
    4. The Guest may not transfer or sublet the cottage to other persons, even if the paid rental period has not yet expired.
    5. The Owner shall not be held liable for the loss of or damage to valuables, cash, securities, or items of scientific or artistic value.
    6. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
    7. The behavior of the Guest and persons under their care should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The Host reserves the right to terminate the rental service immediately and ask any Guest who violates this rule to leave the premises.
    8. Every time you leave the cottage, please ensure that all doors, windows, and mosquito nets are securely closed.
    9. The mosquito nets installed on the windows must remain closed to protect the cottage from insects and to prevent damage caused by wind.
    10. Guests may only tilt or open windows and doors that are equipped with mosquito nets. When using the air conditioning, all windows and doors must remain closed while the system is in operation.
    11. It is strictly prohibited to prop open doors or windows using objects such as chairs, deckchairs, or similar items.
    12. In accordance with the Polish Act of April 8, 2010 (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529), smoking of cigarettes and tobacco products (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the cottage.
    13. The Guest bears full financial liability for any damage to or destruction of equipment and technical facilities of the property caused by the Guest or their visitors.
    14. For fire safety reasons, the use of immersion heaters or any other electrical appliances that are not part of the cottage's provided equipment is strictly prohibited.
    15. The use of open flames is strictly prohibited inside the cottages.
    16. It is strictly prohibited to bring flammable materials, explosives, or any materials with an unpleasant odor into the cottage.
    17. Campfires and barbecues are permitted only in areas designated by the Host. Guests are required to exercise extreme caution and comply with fire safety regulations. Barbecue users must clean the grill after each use. Charcoal is not provided and must be supplied by the Guest.
    18. Personal belongings left in the cottage by the Guest or persons under their care after the rental period ends may be sent back at the Guest's expense to the address provided by them.
    19. Food items left in the cottage by the Guest after the rental period ends will not be stored.
    20. The Guest is required to lock the cottage every time they leave, even if only for a short moment.
    21. The cottage is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
    22. It is strictly prohibited to move any small appliances or kitchenware (including cutlery, tableware, kitchen utensils, etc.) between the individual cottages.
    23. The Host shall not be held liable for any temporary inconveniences caused by independent utility providers, such as temporary outages of water or electricity.
    24. The Host reserves the right to access the cottages and the surrounding grounds for necessary repairs, maintenance, and essential cleaning, including during the Guest's stay.
    25. For the health and safety of everyone on the premises, pets (dogs, cats, etc.) must remain under the constant supervision of the Guest. The Guest bears full civil and legal liability for their pets.
    26. The Guest is required to segregate waste generated during their stay. A fee of 300 PLN (three hundred Polish Złoty) gross will be charged if waste is found to be incorrectly segregated.
    27. The use of electrical and electronic equipment (especially sound systems and speakers) other than the items provided in the cottage requires the Host's prior consent. Mobile phone and laptop chargers are an exception to this rule.
    28. The Host may request a refundable security deposit from the Guest, ranging from 500 to 1,000 PLN (five hundred to one thousand Polish Złoty). The deposit will be returned to the Guest upon departure, provided that the cottage and its equipment are returned in a proper hygienic (clean) and technical condition.
    29. In special cases, the security deposit, or a portion thereof, will be returned to the Guest's designated bank account within 10 business days from the date of check-out.
