It is the largest and incredibly popular attraction, as it combines active recreation with the opportunity to spend free time in peace and quiet. Relaxing on the beach, kayaking, sailing on the lake, motorboating, jet skiing, boat cruises, and a paradise for anglers \u2013 the list goes on and on, and there are even more attractions to discover. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The aforementioned Heart of Masuria is a must-see for everyone visiting our region; surrounded by lakes and narrow straits, it enchants visitors with its unique charm and atmosphere. It primarily attracts sailors, but also those who simply delight in the beauty of nature. Essential attractions include the Sailing Village and a scenic boat cruise. It is also well worth visiting the Museum of the Polish Reformation and the church with its tall observation tower, which offers a breathtaking view of the entire village and the surrounding lakes. Miko\u0142ajki is also home to its oldest and longest street, Kajki Street, where most of the local attractions are located\u2014the residents themselves often say, \"Kajki Street is all of Miko\u0142ajki.\" <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The city is famous for major events that everyone has surely heard of: Picnic Country, the Masurian Cabaret Night, the Festival of Borderland Culture, the Wedding Hits Festival, and the Belcanto Opera Festival. In addition to these grand events, visitors can also enjoy numerous smaller local celebrations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

While the entire route stretches over 100 km, the section starting right here in Krutynia is recommended for everyone\u2014from absolute beginners who cannot swim to seasoned kayakers. The shallow river, with its crystal-clear water and visible riverbed, offers stunning views that stay with you long after the trip. During the summer season, the village is bustling with thousands of tourists, and the river itself can sometimes even see 'kayak traffic jams' due to its immense popularity. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

In this small and beautiful village lies the Basilica of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in \u015awi\u0119ta Lipka. The chapel is a magnificent Baroque monument. The origins of the Marian cult in this location date back to the 14th century when a prisoner, held in the dungeons of the K\u0119trzyn church, carved a statue of the Madonna and Child after being inspired by Mary. He hung the figure on a lime tree, and it soon became famous for its miracles. A chapel was then built around that very tree. It is truly a unique place that should undoubtedly be on the \"must-see\" list for anyone visiting the Warmia and Masuria region.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
